Jenni is an award-winning creative producer with over a decade of experience in production, and nearly 20 years in entertainment.  Jenni is a Board Member & Secretary of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) New Media Council, active member Women In Film (WIF), Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and Women In Animation (WIA).

Her Recent work includes immersive visual design, animation & projection mapping for live theatre for “Twice Charmed” aboard the Disney Magic, “The Golden Mickey’s” aboard the Disney Wonder, and Disney “Dreams” aboard the Disney Magic and projection design & animation for Disney’s “Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular” winner of Live Design’s 2013 Excellence award for theater, Universal’s “Uni 360” featuring large scale projection mapping as well as full dome experiences for Constantine at Comicon 2014 and the Battiest Brothers “The Storm” for ‘In The Round’ at Art Basel in Miami.

She is currently producing & developing shows for 360 immersive theatre & experiences, an Immersive cinema/live theatre experience, and exploring narrative & cinematic VR.  Jenni’s passion is for producing work that is relevant as well as entertaining; cultural storytelling, diversity, socio-ethical issues, and new & emerging technologies.

Jeff is a 25-year veteran director and producer of award winning video and animation

for theater, interactive animation and live events.  Jeff began his career at Universal Studios in 1981, moving through positions in management, show management and then as a producer for Universal for 10 years.  Jeff is known for being a creative visionary in new show development & video production as well as technical design, and is always finding new and creative ways to integrate the latest technologies and live talent with video, animation & effects.  His creative input and loyal management style have developed a reputation as a talented designer with a dedicated team, some of whom have worked with Jeff for over 20 years.  Jeff has been responsible for the media and technical design as well as creative vision on countless shows and events worldwide including the opening spectacular for Universal Japan and the #1 rated show for the opening of Disneyland Hong Kong.  Jeff is conversationally fluent in Japanese & Spanish and has basic skills in Mandarin and Cantonese as well as several other languages.

Jeff has 7 top-rated shows currently running on the Disney Cruise Lines, including a recent award for visual design for Disney’s “Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular”, “The Golden Mickey’s” on both Disney Cruise Lines and Disneyland Hong Kong and productions for Warner Brothers, Paramount, Thinkwell Design, Hasbas and many others.





 Stephen Robin

Lead Editor / Effects Artist

Specializing in all facets of award winning video design & production including creative editing, compositing, 2D animation, effects and motion graphics, Stephen has created magic for numerous shows, events and spectaculars worldwide.  As lead editor & effects artist, Stephen has contributed to 7 shows currently running on the Disney Cruise Lines, including the award winning “Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular”, Disney “Dreams” and “The Golden Mickey’s”. the #1 rated show at Disneyland Hong Kong as well as  3D projection mapping spectaculars for Universal Studios & Disneyland and several urban architectural & water projection mapping shows & events.  Stephen is also well versed in immersive design, creating video and effects for several 360 full dome shows such as the “Constantine 4D Experience” for Comicon, “The Storm”  full dome music video and video design for two 360 immersive theatre projects currently in development.

Stephen is further recognized for his work in broadcast television presentations for the SYFY TV Network among other productions for broadcast & digital.

Stephen’s unique perspective, attention to detail and polished editing and effects work allow him to deliver innovative design and outstanding programming in every production he undertakes.

Rob is an award winning animator, art director and game designer with experience in character design and animation for many shows, spectaculars and events as a part of the Eye Q Productions team; such as the original animation for numerous Disney Theatre productions, 3D projection mapping for spectaculars at Disneyland and Universal Studios as well as urban installations & immersive design.   Rob also has extensive experience as a designer, art director and animator for video games, apps and mobile games and as art director for the development of the award winning Reading Rainbow app, rated the #1 app in education.

Rob studied character animation and visual arts at CalArts.  His passion as a team leader and mentor (and as an artist) is to create meaningful experiences with inspired animation and visual design.  That’s the core of it: telling a good story and telling it well.


Bill Lae

Visual Effects / Editing

Bill is an award-winning visual effects artist, image creator, graphic designer & cinematographer.  Most recently, he worked as a part of the Eye Q Productions team on the video content for Disney’s ‘Dreams’ onboard the Disney Magic as well as the content for an event for 360 full dome theatre.

Bill’s extensive production experience comes from his days as one of Hollywood’s busiest digital effects experts, having worked as a graphic designer and visual effects specialist for all the major networks and nearly all of the Los Angeles special effects houses. Some of the top shows in television including, The X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Showtime’s The Outer Limits have all received Bill’s magic touch in effects. He has also created and executed visual effects for music videos, including Michael Jackson and Madonna, and has designed on-air promotion graphics and network I.D.s. Bill was the designer and digital artist for on-air graphic design for NBC, ABC, Fox Family, ABC Family, and has also worked closely with other designers creating packages for CBS, MTV, FOX and TNT.




Sam Roseman

Concept Artist | Video Designer



Sam is a recent graduate of California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Set Design and Production. In her time at CalArts, she honed her skills in both set design and video design. After interning with Eye Q during her last year of school, she has joined the team full time as a Video Designer and Concept Artist. Sam is passionate about storytelling through visual cues and immersing viewers in unique and moving environments. Sam is excited to be working with the Eye Q team to further her experience in digital design.





Maria Torres

Director / Choreographer

Maria is an acclaimed choreographer and director with extensive experience in theater, film, television, and performance.  Performances include the film Dance with Me; B’way musical Swing !(contributing choreographer on Swing!); Thornton Wilder’s The Skin of Our Teeth (Public Theater); and Radio City Music Hall “Spring Extravaganza.”  Torres is a two-time Cleo Award Winner for direction and choreography for Seagrams Industrial “Rock En Espanol”   Theater Choreography credits  Lucille Lortel and Carbonelle Award nominated for best Choreography  of Off B’way“Four Guys Named Jose”, Off B’way hit “The Donkey Show”,Disney’s“Golden Mickeys” Director Choreographer of Off B’way musical “Celia” (Celia Cruz); and Off-Broadway hit “Latin Heat”.


Choreographer feature film credits “EL Cantante” starring Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony “Fugly” starring John Leguizamo and Rosie Perez ; Associate choreographer for Oscar-nominated film Enchanted Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsy , Torres won two  Choreography Medal Awards for original pieces on So You Think You Can Dance. As a Creative director, Torres has worked with Andre 3000 OutKast and Don Omar Tour and Latin Billboard Awards, Current project Torres is Associate choreographer for Broadway Bound “On Your Feet” Based  the Life of  Gloria and Emilio Estefan.






Sherry Hursey

Producer / Presenter / Talent

Sherry Hursey  is an award winning actress, writer, producer and singer/songwriter, whose face and voice are very familiar to television and film audiences worldwide.  Most recognized as, Ilene, on the ABC hit series Home Improvement, or Kirsten Dunst’s mom in the Universal blockbuster Bring It On, Sherry has an extensive list of credits from stage to screen.  She has starred in over 40 popular television shows, four television series and over a dozen movies.  Sherry is always involved with music, whether it be a musical production in LA, New York, touring the country or in the studio.  She’s worked on stage productions with some of the greatest composers of our time including Randy Newman, William Finn and the amazing team of Steve Dorff and John Bettis.  As a vocalist and voice artist, Sherry can be heard in over a hundred films including: Shrek, Madagascar, Polar Express, and Monsters vs Aliens, to name a few.


Following her passion for music, children and positive programming, Sherry branched out, produced and starred in the uplifting family musical, Lilly’s Light, for Public TV.  A recipient of the KIDSFIRST BEST AWARD! by the Coalition for Quality Children’s Media.  She is also active in producing positive programming for PBS, PSA’s & interstitials for broadcast and digital.

Rick Cowling

Music Producer, Composer & Engineer


Rick is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, singer, songwriter, sound designer, engineer and producer.  His work can be heard on numerous TV programs on network and cable television, and his original compositions, playing and voice will be featured in the live action musical children’s television series “Lilly’s Light”.


In the studio, as a producer/engineer, Rick has worked with major recording artists Mick Fleetwood, Bonnie Raitt, Melissa Manchester and Peter Frampton amongst others.  He’s written songs and performed worldwide as lead and backing vocals, keyboards & guitar for bands such as Ambrosia as well as Loggins and currently for the Cowling Band and West Coast Music as band leader. His credits include arranger, composer, engineer & primary artist on numerous albums & productions.







Manuel Calzada


Manuel is a Puerto Rican composer whose works reflect the intensity, the passion and the flavor of a rich musical culture.  As a percussionist he has performed with the Puerto Rico Symphonic Orchestra, the Puerto Rico Philharmonic Orchestra, Celia Cruz and Lalo Shiffrin among many other world renowned artists.


His pieces have been performed by the Puerto Rico Symphonic Orchestra, Ohio State University Percussion Ensemble, Ensembles of the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Spain.  He works as a composer, arranger, conductor and producer in classical and pop music for films and theatre.


In 2008 he was appointed Composer in Residence of the Festival of the Youth Symphony Orchesra of the Americas directed by Maestro Luis Biava.  He was commissioned by the Johnstone Fund for New Music and the New Albany Symphony Orchestra performed his orchestra piece.


Calzada has also been a professor of Music Theory, Composition, Arranging and Percussion a the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico and the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.

Steve has worked with the Eye Q Productions team as technical director, design consultant, show programming and installation for numerous shows and events including the projection systems for the Walt Disney Theatre onboard the Fantasy cruise ship, staging, video projection and new development of video and screen technologies for high level shows, 3D projection mapping in theme parks as well as urban architecture & water fountains, special events and corporate projects globally for our clients including Universal, Disney, Paramount and major film, theatre & TV studio shows and events.


He has provided technical & systems design for video, lighting, audio and special effects for some of the world’s largest concerts, events and theatres including such artists as Elton John, Diana Ross, The Jacksons, Prince, Donna Summer and The Who.  Also consultant and distributor for many top technologies in the video equipment world, including the award winning Pandora’s B0x media servers and Christi Projectors, and the latest innovative technologies.  Steve is CEO & President of Theatrical Concepts.
