We are excited to announce that one of our latest productions, ‘Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular’ is up for Live Designs Excellence Award! From the article in Live Design:
“an Aladdin production would not be complete without a magic flying carpet scene, which combines mechanical wizardry with state-of-the-art projections, allowing Jasmine and Aladdin to soar as they perform a heartfelt duet of, “Whole New World.”
We really enjoyed creating a 'whole new world' for this magical journey! Incorporating an all original 3D animated environment including the Palace, the city of Agrabah, Deserts, Egypt and more, along with beautiful hand drawn 2D elements such as horses and birds. Media was projected both in front of and behind an amazing robotic magic carpet to create a truly magical and immersive environment.
